Payment Methods

1. Credit/Debit Card Payments

Payment can be made using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards. The facility of Cash on Delivery, Koko, and Mintpay options are also available.

By placing an order, you consent to payment being charged to your card account as provided on the order form. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the goods.

When you pay for your order by card, we carry out certain checks which include obtaining authorization from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons. This may involve validating your name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third-party databases including the card issuer, registered credit reference agencies, and fraud prevention agencies.

By accepting these Conditions you:

  • Undertake that all the details you provide for the purpose of purchasing the goods are correct, that the payment card you are using is your own, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.
  • Authorize us to transmit the payment and delivery information provided by you during the order process (including any updated information) for the purpose of obtaining authorization from your card issuer, to authenticate your identity, to validate your payment card, and for fraud prevention.
  • Acknowledge that we may contact you should any problems occur with the authorization of your card.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

When placing your order, you can select the Cash on Delivery option. This allows you to make the payment only after receiving your goods. Please ensure that you have the required amount ready to hand over to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Payment must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
  • COD is subject to courier service availability in your area.
  • The courier will not release the package until full payment has been collected.

3. Koko – Buy Now, Pay Later

We also offer the Koko Buy Now, Pay Later facility. With Koko, you can split your total purchase amount into 3 interest-free installments.

  • The first installment will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • The remaining two installments will be automatically charged to your card on the due dates.
  • You must ensure that sufficient funds are available on your linked card for scheduled payments.
  • By selecting Koko, you authorize Koko and your card issuer to process these scheduled payments on your behalf.

All transactions through Koko are processed securely and in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

4. Mintpay – Buy Now, Pay Later

You can also pay through Mintpay, which allows you to split your payment into 3 easy installments without interest.

  • The first installment will be collected at checkout.
  • The remaining two installments will be automatically charged on the due dates set by Mintpay.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each installment.
  • By selecting Mintpay, you agree to Mintpay’s terms and conditions and authorize them to process your scheduled payments.

All Mintpay transactions are made securely in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
